Gear Review: Zeal Optics Eclipse Goggles

I was floored the first time I looked through Zeal Optics Eclipse Goggles automatic polarized lenses at the companies booth at Marble Mountain. With just a glimpse, my mind was spinning - I could see the quality immediately! The definition of the snow was so crisp, so sharp, better than I could see with my own eyes!

Zeal Optics’ slogan is “See Winter Differently” and this is exactly what they deliver.

Riding in the Zeal Optics Eclipse Goggles is incredible! Everything is so sharp and crisp. These are the best goggles I have ever used and I continue to be impressed by their lense technology.

The highlight of the Zeal Optics Eclipse Goggles is definitely the polarized automatic lenses. "Automatic" means they adjust to the UV light conditions. This allows for optimal visibility and snow definition on stormy days, overcast, low light days, and perfect bluebird days. The weather will never stop you with these goggles!

Fogging up was never an issue because of the foam vents all around the lenses and the Everclear Anti Fog coating.

The frameless style design makes these goggles lightweight and very flexible.  Both frames and lenses are impact resistant, flexible, and ready to endure whatever you can through at them.

I have highly recommended the Zeal Optics Eclipse Goggles to anyone who will listen and I look forward to many more winters, seeing things differently!

• Around your face, the thermal triple density foam moulds to your features, making the Zeal Optics Eclipse Goggles super comfy for all day wear. They are a medium style fit, so they can fit a wide range of faces, but I found they were still a bit too big for me.

• The dual strap system allows for a customized fit on all helmets. The silicone beading on the inside of the strap, ensures they stay secure.
