She has guided and supported adventure trips in Canada, Iceland, Peru, Nepal and Mongolia over the last 10 years and is always looking for new ways to explore the outdoors. Trekking, climbing and backcountry skiing are her top fav outdoor sports. Katie also does Gear Reviews for Get Out There Magazine and has started her own business (Peak Flow OBM)helping adventure business owners automate and streamline their business

As an experienced adventure tourism and park management professional, Alice brings special insight to the team. She has a varied background – from her first job dissecting whales, to guiding with Parks Canada, to global adventure tourism management. Alice has contributed posts discussing park planning and our relationship with nature. She loves living an active lifestyle and enjoys hiking, cycling, and yoga. She is a consultant and the founder of PEAK Yoga & Spin.

Jenna brings her guiding and travel experience, helping expand our travel section and helping you see where your adventures can take you! Jenna’s enthusiasm for adventure runs deep and she has started a fundraiser, Who Knit Ya?, to support youth snowboarding in remote Labrador communities.

As a geologist, Emilie enjoys sharing her rock knowledge while she’s out on adventures around the globe. She loves hiking, travelling, swimming, canoeing/kayaking and spending time with her two dogs and cat. In her spare time she hosts a podcast, the Average Hiker Podcast, where she tells her own hiking stories and invites guests to tell theirs.
